Limited Medical Radiography (LMR)

ATA’s LMR program will educate and train you to provide quality radiographs for physicians and radiologists, prepare patients for radiographic exams and how to operate radiographic equipment.

ATA’s 10 Month Limited Medical Radiography program is accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools. Graduates of the program are eligible to take the Florida BXMO (Basic X-ray Machine Operator) State Exam.

ATA’s LMR program consist of 54 core credits and 260 hours of offsite clinical experience. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be awarded a Diploma as a Limited Medical Radiographer.
